Please note that generally transactions between companies or tradesmen are excluded from the right of revocation and withdrawal.

In principle, there is no claim of an entrepreneur as buyer to revoke purchase contracts or to take back properly delivered goods.

A possible return of the goods, especially in case of justified defects, we ask you to discuss with us in advance, without prejudice to your legal and/or contractual rights.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods returned freight collect due to the high costs involved.
